Hey there my Steemit friends! Today I bring you another round of photos I took while exploring the Galapagos Tortoise Breeding Center on San Cristobal Island. It was really a once in a life time experience. Simply put this is the only place on the planet where the Galapagos Tortoise can be found, especially in their natural habitat.

Beside the park grounds filled with these huge creatures, there was a great hiking trail, a breeding area for the babies, and adolescents, and a small informative museum. Surprisingly there was no entrance fee either. Now lets have another look at this place.
