Hoolaaa mi hermosa comunidad de @motherhood un fuerte abrazo y muchas bendiciones para todos ustedes que hoy sea un día lleno de muchas energías positivas para ustedes y que tengan lo más importante que necesitamos en la vida la salud sin ella no se puede hacer nada. El día de hoy les vengo a hablar sobre la disciplina positiva, porque es que aún en pleno siglo XXI aún existen muchas personas que dicen que un buen golpe disciplina al muchacho, mi papá cuenta que a él su papá le pegaba con mangueras cuando se portaba mal y aún sigue aquí pero que a él no le parecía bien esa crianza por tal razón nunca le pego a sus hijos, es por esta razón que hay que tener en cuenta la disciplina positiva y cambiar esas costumbres y más bien sumarnos a una crianza sin violencia y por supuesto a un buen trato porque los niños crecerán serán niños una sola vez en la vida más bien debemos aprovechar esos momentos hermosos de su niñez y disfrutarlos y crearles bonitos recuerdos de su infancia.

Today I come to talk about positive discipline, because even in the XXI century there are still many people who say that a good blow disciplines the boy, my dad tells me that his father used to hit him with hoses when he misbehaved and he is still here but he did not like that upbringing for that reason he never hit his children, For this reason we must take into account the positive discipline and change those habits and rather join a non-violent upbringing and of course a good treatment because children will grow up to be children only once in life but we must take advantage of those beautiful moments of their childhood and enjoy them and create beautiful memories of their childhood.

Lo mejor que podemos hacer es dedicarle un poco de tiempo a nuestros pequeños para compartir con ellos, disfrutar de la risa que nos causa mucha alegría y no estar comparando a nuestros hijos con los primos, hermanos, el amigo hay que respetar las diferencias cada niño es único y expresa sus sentimientos de diferentes maneras por lo que les hace bien estimularlos reconociendo sus logros y esfuerzo. Si se portan mal lo mejor es establecer límites justos y razonables de acuerdo a su edad y no castigos que provoquen efectos negativos y por supuesto tampoco dar una permisividad tan exagerada

A veces nosotros los padres estamos tan cansados del día a día que usamos métodos muy autoritarios o muy permisivos por el cansancio que tenemos y caemos en el error de no usar una disciplina positiva donde se desarrollen límites de manera sana y feliz, donde el niño aprenda el camino para ser responsable de sus actos y entienda que cada acción tiene una consecuencia y así los niños van creciendo con una crianza positiva donde en un futuro van a ser responsable, autónomo y felices.

Sometimes we parents are so tired of the day to day that we use very authoritarian or very permissive methods because we are tired and we fall into the error of not using a positive discipline where limits are developed in a healthy and happy way, where the child learns the way to be responsible for their actions and understand that every action has a consequence and thus children grow up with a positive upbringing where in the future they will be responsible, autonomous and happy.

Para tener una crianza positiva y eficaz es importante no utilizar castigos físicos ni verbales y debemos de entender que el niño debe aprender no obedecer. Yo realicé hace un mes un taller de crianza positiva por Telegram y una de las cosas que aprendí y con las que e visto resultados es que es bueno revivir con el niño esos momentos en los que ves que el niño se ha portado bien ya que si se lo mencionamos el niño va entendiendo que es bueno seguir ese patrón y vamos reforzando la conducta que queremos que se repita, hace unos días mientras nos íbamos a dormir me puse hablar con mi hija y le recordaba recuerdas el día que fuimos al parque? Te portaste muy bien y te compramos helados, debes seguir portándote bien y ser una buena niña. Ella respondió si mami me portare bien 🥰🤗🤔 es por eso que me parece muy importante que hay que elogiar lo que nos gusta para que se repita.

Establecer rutinas es otra técnica que aprendí porque si acostumbramos al niño que después de jugar el solo debe ordenar sus juguetes el día que no siga esa rutina sabrá que lo que hizo está mal y tratará de arreglarlos, también es bueno dejar que los niños participen en las tareas del hogar dependiendo de su edad esto le hará sentirse muy útil.
