Saludos cordiales a todas y a todos los lectores de la comunidad de #SWC, el día de hoy realice una rutina el día de la mañana dónde realizo combinaciones de básico dándole intensidad sin parar, con esto además de los básicos los diferentes ejercicios serán los que no dejaran seguir avanzando, pero nosotros no nos vamos a detener solamente avanzar hasta completar. Bueno atletas, felicidades a todos los que logren cumplir este set de entrenamiento, es bastante fuerte la rutina además de que lleva pura intensidad, sinceramente la veo corta para lo que me han enseñado en todo mi tiempo de calistenia de ejercicios.
