¡Vamos a preparar galletas!

Las galletas, son el complemento perfecto para las meriendas, puedes incorporar el saborizante y color que desees. Además, pueden ser parte de tu emprendimiento desde el hogar ya que, es un producto de elaboración artesanal de calidad y con muy buena demanda en el mercado. La receta que veras a continuación, forma parte de mi recetario personal, para lograr un buen resultado tanto en textura como en el sabor practiqué varias veces hasta concluir con el equilibrio necesario en todos los ingredientes a utilizar.

PASO 1:
Previamente pesamos cada uno de los ingredientes, te recomiendo hacer este procedimiento si recién comienzas con la elaboración de tus galletas. Luego, en una taza pequeña colocamos la margarina, azúcar y vainilla hasta cremar. Es recomendable usar azúcar glass en caso de no tener en esta presentación puedes pulverizar la de uso común y sustituirla. Seguidamente, agregamos las claras de huevos poco a poco en forma de hilo hasta terminar, si lo haces de forma brusca quizás el resultado de nuestras galletas no sea el mejor. Luego, en una superficie plana y limpia, tamizamos toda la harina, hacemos un hueco en el centro e incorporamos la mezcla que preparamos con anticipación. Un punto clave para obtener unas galletas suaves y de buena consistencia se debe a este paso, lo ideal es integrar todos los ingredientes perfectamente, NO AMASAR, no debemos darle calor con nuestras manos a la mezcla, te recomiendo usar un utensilio similar o parecido al de la foto. > Then, on a flat and clean surface, sift all the flour, make a hole in the center and incorporate the mixture we prepared in advance. Por último, llevamos la mezcla a una manga pastelera , si deseas darle alguna forma usa una duya, en este caso usé la 1M Wilton , llevamos a una bandeja metálica previamente enharinada y engrasada , hacemos la cantidad y el diseño que se nos ocurra, además como decoración le añadimos fiesta de colores. Hornear por 15 minutos a 170 grados.
