Witness rank update

^{Data gathered and provided by @quochuy's monthly witness report} Welcome to another monthly witness update! This month my witness has produce fewer blocks than last month, probably because less nodes above me when offline this month rather than last month. The good news is I've actually gone up 1 rank since last month which is nice. I've also beem more active this month as well which is also great!

Big news!

So! Today I'm expecting a package with some new SSDs, I've brought two 4TB Samsung 870 Evo MKX editions These are the 2400TBW driver with epic lifespan. I'm planning on installing them today so my witness node will be disabled. @chisdealhd and the @alloyxuast witness nodes will also be down as they live on the same machine and the whole machine will be shutdown. Downtime will be longer than expected, it's easy to install drives but I have a lot of data I have to shift around and I also will be taking the time to update the hive witness software to version 1.27.4 which will require a replay of the chain. The super good news is I now have enough space to run a API node for hive. I don't know if it'll be public or mostly used as a private API node for other things on the server. I also need to look into if I want to run these drive in raid 0 or not. I don't really have any redundency so raid 0 would be risky if a drive fails.. Probably not worth fafing with as I'm not sure how it's setup on the OS I use. I can think of other workarounds though. Instead of raiding on the core OS, i can have multiple virtual drives on the VMs and 'fake raid' them in the VM OS.. that could work. API nodes use a HUGE amount of space. 3-4TBs at the moment. I may try to enact some form of compression. I'll probably hit up the witness channel on mattermost for some advice. Anyways it's going to be a busy day so I'm going to head off and get ready to get things done! ---
