Very Announcement

Today, we are pissing ourselves with excitement announcing the *dbutton*, a Share-on-Steemit button for use on sites *all over the interwebs and beyond.* ![buttons.png](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmZrTZQctgYjELvZACPcAWzzpaMELVyP3BK6gsu9kxfZUL/buttons.png) As all self-respecting social media sites have such buttons, and foremost because the presence of such a *dbutton* will make people curious about Steemit (very marketing, this), my team of world-class developers have decided to start development of this *dbutton*. ![popup.png](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmVNu6CBFogAxBuDdKwxHvAvmBU4vGsSUTzve7iZTbqzE4/popup.png) *^{Real screenshot}* Progress is great, in fact, the code is ~~already there~~ nearing completion, but we still need funding for hiring consultants, writing a proposal, and setting up a governance process, and also for making a website and marketing and whatever else we can come up with but won't actually do. *As this is the Greatest Idea Ever which will Make Steemit Great Again, we expect to be funded by you, the community, generously and 🔜, SPS or no SPS.*
