Eccomi qui! > Dopo molto tempo, restando nel tema del titolo del post, eh eh! Come sai con la mia famiglia siamo rientrati a Reggio; ad agosto ci attende un altro viaggetto a Roma ma, effettuato questo controllo, se ne riparlerà probabilmente dopo le festività natalizie. Di notizie ne ho parecchie, quindi parto a bomba! Ieri ho fatto l'incontro per il nuovo lavoro, il progetto dovrebbe partire a settembre (ancora manca l'agibilità dei locali) e io sono stato assunto con la qualifica di OSS; ho avuto delle ottime vibrazioni e credo che questo lavoro andrà bene. Naturalmente molto fa lo stipendio che è ottimo e il fatto di sapere che i pagamenti saranno puntuali. Al mio lavoro "classico" come sai affianco molte altre cose, cose che di solito mi rubano molto tempo; sono riuscito però a ritagliare un po' di spazio e credo che da oggi riuscirò a pubblicare con più costanza... Ecco il perché del titolo. Tutto prosegue bene,col poker me la cavo e sto racimolando un po' di soldini che poi divido tra i miei vari portafogli di risparmio e investimento. Mentre ero a Roma ho trovato un nuovo metodo di guadagno, praticamente effettuo delle chiamate che vengono registrate e poi date in pasto all'IA per addestrarla; è una cosa davvero interessante visto che mi trovo a fare delle belle chiacchierate con altre persone su svariati argomenti e, per fare questo, guadagno 17.50 dollari l'ora. Attualmente ho un limite di tre chiamate da 15 minuti quindi guadagno circa 14 dollari... Devo ammetterre che già così mi va più che bene dato che alla fine del mese racimulo circa 350 euro a fronte di 1 oretta di impegno giornaliero. > Trattandosi poi di chiacchierata non è nemmeno un grande impegno, eh eh! Per il resto cosa dire, la vita scorre serena e ci stiamo godendo l'estate. Samuele dopo l'interveto si sta riprendendo alla grande, sprizza energia da tutti i pori, è sempre allegro e sorridente e ci regala tanta felicità. Ero consapevole che raggiunti i picchi delle montagne che abbiamo dovuto scalare, la discesa si sarebbe rilevata serena e piacevole e, per fortuna, le mie predizioni si sono rivelate esatte. Da quando siamo rientrati a Reggio poi abbiamo avuto il piacere di riprendere contatti con alcuni vecchi amici, io ne ho addirittura ritrovati alcuni che non sentivo da tempo, uno su tutto il mio "Bro" Paco! Paco è un amico e condividiamo la passione del poker anche se, entrambi ormai lo pratichiamo di mano... Lui era un professionista affermato davvero molto forte. Confesso che non è stata però questa passione ad unirci, ci siamo conosciuti durante una partita di calcetto (il calcio è un'altro hobby che abbiamo in comune), io lo conoscevo di fama poiché nel circuito il suo nome girava parecchio e, passando un po' di tempo insieme, ho conosciuto una persona molto gentile ed educata, un amico fidato e sempre disponibile e il nostro legame si è stretto molto. Sai in tanti cercavano la sua amicizia per interesse, io però non ero interessato al lato pokeristico anche se confesso che mi fa sempre piacere sapere che condividiamo questa passione... Credo che il nostro rapporto sia diventato forte proprio perché è genuino e nasce e cresce solo dalla voglia di passare del tempo insieme scambiando quattro risate e divertendoci. Veniamo ora al versante "Casa", dopo essere rientrati abbiamo cominciato a rimettere ordine nelle nostre cose, abbiamo sistemato la stanzatta di Samuelino (anche se naturalmente lui dorme sempre nel lettone con noi) e dato una rassettata a tutte le altre stanze; sono passato negli ultimi giorni alla parte del cortile e del giardino, una settimana fa ho riparato la piscina che si era bucata e che adesso funziona a pieno regime e conto, nei prossimi giorni, di dare una bella pulita al prato. Per quel che riguarda l'orto ogni piantina cresce rigogliosa e, da quando siamo tornati, stiamo mangiando giornalmente qualche prodotto che la natura ci regala: pomodori, cipolle, fiori di zucca, abbiamo i cetrioli e presto potremo gustare anche la frutta, ho piantato alberi di fichi, mele e cachi per non parlare dei limoni che crescono abbondanti! Insomma per quanto possa sembrare scontato, da quando siamo rientrati a casa la vita scorre serena e, nonostante le tante cose da fare il tempo sembra scorrere lento come piace a me... Credo sia dovuto al fatto che ce lo stiamo godendo totalmente. Insieme a Reny passiamo molte ore a giocare con Samuele, io ovviamente dedico la notte al lavoro (quando comincerò a settembre in cooperativa dovrò riorganizzarmi un po' ma credo che le modifiche da fare non saranno poi troppo) e ogni tanto ci concediamo qualche uscita e sopratutto tante grigliate e tante cene insieme agli amici più cari nel nostro fantastico giardino. Bene a questo punto credo mi fermerò, ho scritto molto e comunque ci sentiamo domani quindi è bene che mi tenga qualche cartuccia per i prossimi post,eh eh! As you know, my family and I have returned to Reggio; another trip to Rome awaits us in August, but after this check-up, we'll probably talk about it again after the Christmas holidays. I have a lot of news, so I'm off to a flying start! Yesterday I had the meeting for the new job; the project should start in September (the premises are still unfit for use), and I was hired as an OSS (Healthcare Assistant); I got some great vibes and I think this job will be a good one. Of course, the excellent salary and the knowledge that payments will be on time play a big role. As you know, I juggle many other things alongside my "normal" job, things that usually take up a lot of my time. However, I've managed to carve out some space, and I think I'll be able to publish more consistently from now on... Hence the title. Everything's going well; I'm doing well at poker and I'm saving a bit of money, which I then divide between my various savings and investment portfolios. While I was in Rome, I found a new way to earn money: I basically make calls that are recorded and then fed to the AI to train it. It's really interesting, since I get to have great conversations with other people about a variety of topics, and for doing so, I earn $17.50 an hour. I'm currently limited to three 15-minute calls, so I earn about $14... I have to admit, I'm already doing more than well, since at the end of the month I earn about €350 for just an hour of work each day. > Since it's just a chat, it's not even a big deal, eh eh! Aside from that, life is going smoothly and we're enjoying the summer. Samuel is recovering great after the surgery, he's bursting with energy, always cheerful and smiling, and he brings us so much happiness. Since we returned to Reggio, we've had the pleasure of reconnecting with some old friends. I've even reconnected with some I haven't heard from in a while, especially my "Bro" Paco! Paco is a friend, and we share a passion for poker, even though we both play it by hand now... He was a truly accomplished professional. I confess, however, that it wasn't this passion that brought us together. We met during a soccer game (soccer is another hobby we share). I knew him by reputation, as his name was widely circulated on the circuit. Spending some time together, I came to know a very kind and polite person, a trusted and always available friend, and our bond grew stronger. You know, many sought his friendship out of interest, but I wasn't interested in the poker side of things, even though I confess it's always nice to know we share this passion... I believe our relationship has become strong precisely because it's genuine and born and grows solely from the desire to spend time together, laughing and having fun. Now, let's move on to the "Home" aspect. After returning home, we began to put our things in order, we tidied up Samuelino's room (even though, of course, he always sleeps in the same bed as us) and tidied up all the other rooms. In the last few days, I've been working on the courtyard and garden. A week ago, I fixed the pool, which had a hole in it and is now fully functional. I plan to give the lawn a good clean in the next few days. As for the vegetable garden, every plant is growing thriving, and since we returned, we've been enjoying some of nature's gifts every day: tomatoes, onions, zucchini blossoms. We have cucumbers, and soon we'll be able to enjoy fruit, too. I've planted fig, apple, and persimmon trees, not to mention the lemon trees, which are growing abundantly! In short, as obvious as it may seem, since we returned home, life has flowed peacefully, and despite the many things to do, time seems to pass slowly, just the way I like it... I think it's because we're enjoying it fully. Reny and I spend many hours playing with Samuele, and I obviously dedicate my nights to work (when I start working with the co-op in September, I'll have to reorganize a bit, but I don't think there won't be too many changes to make), and every now and then we indulge in some outings, especially lots of barbecues and dinners with our dearest friends in our fantastic garden.
