Vegan bowl recipe

Hallo Foodies! This is what I used: (P.s, Not sure why the Tofu is so out of focus oO) * 1 Block of Tofu (250G) * 1 bundle of Asparagus * 200G of Rice. Vegan homemade sauce🍆

Nutrition is important kids

I get around 500 - 1000 Calories every dinner. Sometimes it depends on what I have eaten throughout the day other times it depends on weather or not I aim to get cheeky and eat some chocolate later as a snack ;) As long as I get around 2K calories a day then I am gucci, that makes me in a 300 calories deficit which is amazing at the moment :D ![Screenshot_20210723-190452.jpg](https://files.peakd.com/file/peakd-hive/cwow2.food/23tmmJoNkiMeY4i7TDPv2geGAVy2zo6hbSvWkz6KP2Xtaz56m6HH7MQviwv5DWWvggyPX.jpg) P.s I got around 70g of Protein for my entire day and I ate a lot of bread today :p So its really not hard to get protein on a vegan diet as many are asking for.
