Good day everyone, I would want to share to you my cooking experience in preparing my version of Buffalo wings.

*Buffalo wing is an unbreaded chicken wing section that is generally deep-fried then coated or dipped in a sauce consisting of a vinegar-based cayenne pepper hot sauce and melted butter prior to serving.*

--- Today, I'm going to share to you a different twist in preparing this famous dish. Let's start with the list of ingredients:

1/2 Kilo of chicken wings 1 pack of breading mix - Spicy 1 egg **Sauce** 2 tablespoon of butter 2 tablespoon chili flakes 2 tablespoon chili powder 1 small pack of tomato sauce 1 bottle of sweet chili sauce Salt and pepper I was not able to include the photo of the breading mix that I used so as the preparation with applying the breading mix to the chicken wings. And that's it, you're done cooking a sweet and spicy, non vinegar-based, breaded buffalo wings. I hope you and your family will enjoy this dish. My wife and I prefers to have that thick sauce covering the entire chicken wing as we pair this with rice.
