Espero que estén muy bien y les deseo un excelente inicio de semana, como pudieron leer en el título de este post me estoy sumando a la bella iniciativa propuesta por el hiver @eudemo quien nos invita a dialogar sobre esos hábitos que hacen que nuestro día sea feliz, por muy fácil que suene creo que es algo que lleva tiempo saber aplicar y me alegra haberlo logrado a tan corta edad, entendí que la felicidad no es más que una creación, sí, nosotros creamos nuestra propia felicidad, como lo hacemos? Pues lo que te hace feliz a ti, puede que a mí no, así que es individual, la creo al hacer las cosas que sé que disfruto muchísimo, e intento hacer estas cosas a diario o quizás no a diario, pero si frecuentemente, también juega un papel muy importante el rodearse de personas con buena vibra y leer mucho sobre el amor propio/crecimiento personal, volviendo a mi participación en esta divertida iniciativa aquí les muestro cuáles son las cosas que suelo hacer diariamente y me llenan de mucha felicidad!.

🍲 ¡Cocinar me hace feliz! 🍲

Gracias a Hive pude explotar mi amor por la cocina eso es indudable para mí, pero debo mencionar que esto comenzó hace muchos años cuando veía a mi madre repostera y organizadora de eventos encargarse de todos los postres y comida de cada reunión o fiesta importante, por supuesto con hija única en ese entonces era su ayudante número uno así que pude aprender bastante sobre el arte de hacer postres y comida en general, no fue hasta que me independice que realmente pude sentir este amor real, ya que con mi madre, pues ella siempre adora consentirnos, su manera de demostrarnos amor es con la comida, así que en casa de mis padres yo cocinaba poco, más, luego de vivir sola y tener apoyo de mi pareja para experimentar nuevas recetas y comidas pude desarrollar aún más esta pasión, el levantarme por las mañanas y pensar en que haré para desayunar me encanta, al igual que el almuerzo y la cena, me gusta tanto picar las verduras, cocinar y luego emplatar, me encanta servir la comida y que el plato quede impecable, con una bonita presentación y apetitoso, realmente disfruto de esto!.

🐱 ¡Alimentar y amar a los animales me hace feliz! 🐱

Para muchos que me leen desde hace mucho no es un secreto mi amor por los gatos, pero debo mencionar que es por los animales en general pues considero que todos merecen mucho amor y cariño de parte de nosotros, aún más si se trata de animales callejeros, por eso algo que me hace sumamente feliz es poder salir todas las tardes con Chris para alimentar, dar de beber y amar mucho a los gatitos callejeros, y perros también cabe destacar, solo que aquí en la Isla no se ven muchos perros callejeros, en cambio, gatos hay muchísimos, el visitarlos, darles comida y sentarnos un rato junto a ellos para hacerles cariñitos, mimarlos y jugar es un momento del día que aprecio mucho, al igual que jugar con mi gatita Freyja, a quien rescatamos hace ya casi un año, amo despertar junto a ella todos los días, jugar con su pulpito o cuerdas, tomar el sol y ver a los pajaritos volar por la venta de la cocina, realmente me hace feliz hacer feliz a los gatitos!.

📸 ¡Me hace feliz tomar fotografías! 📸

Recuerdo que el amor por la fotografía nació cuando era adolescente, mi familia adoraba hacer viajes por carretera, yo siempre veía por la ventana los distintos paisajes y pensaba en lo hermoso que sería fotografiarlos, cuando pude comprar mi primer teléfono comencé a practicar pero solo para mí, así fue durante mucho tiempo pues quizás solo compartía una que otra fotografía por mis redes sociales, no fue hasta hace cuatro años que me atreví a aprender más a fondo sobre este arte, claro todo lo hacía con mi teléfono, pero hace unos meses ocurrió algo maravilloso, mi primer acamara profesional! Y créanme, pasar de un teléfono a una cámara es un gran salto, no es lo mismo, domino el teléfono pero la cámara aún me cuesta, sé que hago lo mejor que puedo con el tiempo que tengo a mano, pero si quiero y deseo seguir aprendiendo pues algo que amo y me hace feliz diariamente es tomar fotografías desde mi balcón, a las palmeras cuando voy a la playa, a las flores de algún jardín, los atardeceres, incluso una calle desolada, realmente me hace feliz tomar fotografías, buscar los mejores ángulos de cada parte de la Isla y capturarlos con mi cámara, una de mis metas es crear un miniestudio donde pueda tomarle fotos profesionales a mi gatita y así luego poder tomar fotos profesionales de gatos y caninos, me parece algo muy tierno y quiero hacerlo, en fin, fotografiar la vida en sí me hace muy pero muy feliz!.
