Saludos amigos de @holos-lotus y un cariñoso abrazo a los amigos que han seguido esta dinámica durante diecinueve entregas. Sí, hoy vamos por la número veinte, lo que significa que estamos a un paso de llegar a la meta, pues son veintiuna preguntas. Por cierto, ¿Qué preguntas colocaría tú, para este cierre? Allí te lo dejo. El tema de hoy seguro que te encanta, ¿Cuáles son las mejores enseñanzas que he obtenido de los libros que he leído? Nos acercamos al mes de abril y con él a la celebración del Día Internacional de libro. Sí, me estoy adelantando un poco, pero realmente quería unir la celebración con un hacer que todos valoramos como una estrategia concreta de crecimiento personal, el leer. Cuando hablamos de crecimiento personal, ubiquémonos en ese concepto amplio de seres integrales donde cada “cosa” que hacemos oímos, nos decimos, practicamos, nos impacta de manera positiva o negativa. Cuando leemos, derrumbamos barreras, abrimos nuevos espacios de comprensión que nos pueden llevar a un mayor bienestar, los libros, sus autores son maestros en esto. Puedes leer el cuento más infantil que llegue a tus manos y dependiendo de los ojos con los que lees se abre una nueva comprensión de un tema. Recuerdo que en una oportunidad le compré un cuento a mi hija: *Shola y los Leones* de Bernardo Atxaga. Una perrita, que escuchando una conversación, comienza a creerse y sentirse como un león y al querer actuar como tal, se encuentra con sus miedos y limitaciones, al final nos deja una gran lección: acepta quién eres. El cuento me dejó pensando por mucho tiempo en nuestra esencia, en aquello que somos y queremos dejar de ser. Cada libro que llega a nuestras manos sea de autoayuda, o cualquier otro género tiene un “mensaje oculto” para quien lo lee, si lo leemos en grupo es probable que todos coincidamos en un mensaje común y enseñanzas generales, pero hay algo que es único y es para ti, aquello que resuena contigo, lo que susurra el autor únicamente para tus oídos, porque dormido o despierto esta en ti, es parte de tú “Yo soy”. ![](https://images.ecency.com/DQmYn4sUzpfJy8726aBpW9dXALPSbwcPHeqMDqVHEaSQtQR/libro_1.jpg) Pienso en la novela *El fin de la locura* de Jorge Volpi, escritor mexicano, a quien leí mucho en una época no tan lejana, pero con más tiempo para la literatura, esta novela político-histórica, me dejó un sinsabor tan grande por lo que es la política que hoy me alejo de este tema lo más que puedo, cayendo incluso en una “fea ignorancia” solo justificable en que gano bienestar. Llegan a mi memoria los cuentos de la venezolana, Mónica Montañés, recopilados en su libro, **Veintitantos amores y pico**. Una sonrisa me llena el rostro recordando esos cuentos de amor llenos de picardía y que entre sus enseñanzas me dejo que todo se puede expresar con un toque de humor, que cuando logramos ver, con ese toque, lo que nos sucede es un buen indicador de que estamos sanando y ya con disposición de pasar la página. ## De esto se trata apreciados amigos. We are approaching the month of April and with it the celebration of International Book Day. Yes, I'm getting a little ahead of myself, but I really wanted to link the celebration with an activity that we all value as a concrete strategy for personal growth, reading. When we talk about personal growth, let's place ourselves in that broad concept of integral beings where every “thing” we do, we hear, we tell ourselves, we practice, does not impact in a positive or negative way. When we read, we break down barriers, we open new spaces of understanding that can lead us to a greater well-being, books, their authors are masters in this. You can read the most childish story you can get your hands on and depending on the eyes with which you read, a new understanding of a subject opens up.
