Saludos a todos en actifit, aquí estoy yo con un nuevo reporte !

Hello everyone at actifit, here I am with a new report !

---- Me desperté un poco tarde porque me acoste de madrugada, pero eso no me iba a impedir tener un buen día asi que me desperté bastante activo haciendo cosas para aprovechar el tiempo que perdí durmiendo tanto. En la tarde sali a caminar un rato en la plaza para desestresarme y relajar el cuerpo un rato, luego vine a mi casa a estirar y ver donde entrenaria, me tocaba ir de nuevo al club italo a entrenar al chamo que estoy entrenando y asi aprovechar de entrenar yo tambien alla.

I woke up a little late because I went to bed early in the morning, but that was not going to stop me from having a good day so I woke up quite active doing things to take advantage of the time I lost sleeping so much. In the afternoon I went for a walk in the square to de-stress and relax the body for a while, then I came to my house to stretch and see where I would train, I had to go again to the italo club to train the kid I'm training and so I could take advantage of training there too.

We were a little late because the pana was busy, we went to the club italo around 7pm, but we arrived and there was an event and the bars were busy because the event was in front, this discouraged us because we wanted to train, he told me he had to go to Concordia to get something so I told him to accompany him and so to do a little route with the bike, I accompanied him to Concordia and my sister called me to see if I could take her to do something with one of her friends, So I went to accompany her and continue with the route, I was about 1 hour and a half riding around on my bike, I arrived home and as I had not been able to train I decided to train push at home even if it was late to have the discipline to train daily, after training I went to look for my sister, despite not having fulfilled the plan I had, it was a good day.
