125 grams white glutinous rice flour 2.5 tablespoons sugar ¼ teaspoon salt 85 ml warm water 25 grams steamed potato Black sesame seeds to taste

50 grams peeled mung beans 2.5 tablespoons sugar 1 pandan leaf 50 ml coconut milk To taste salt To taste vanilla powder

Making Procedure

**Preparing the Green Mung Bean Stuffing**

First I prepare the green bean filling by soaking the green beans for 20 minutes, then steaming the green beans and summarizing the pandan leaves.

After steaming the green beans chopper add sugar, salt and also coconut milk. Chopper until smooth so that it is easy later when in shape.

**Prepare the Onde-onde Skin Layer**

Combine glutinous rice flour with salt and sugar until united, then add warm water slowly while kneading

Finally fry the onde-onde until brownish yellow, so that the kopong is fried in warm oil first while stirring. Then if it is fluffy turn up the heat and fry until golden brown.

Tara!!! My potato onde-onde is ready to be enjoyed while it's warm, it's definitely better in my opinion. The combination of potatoes in glutinous rice flour makes the onde-onde even more delicious especially with the tempting sesame layer. The sweet and soft filling of mung beans is enough to make anyone love it.
