That's my new stamp of approval. It will make more sense as time goes on and things are released. You see, the thing is, I have done a lot for people on this chain and haven't really taken a whole lot of time to build anything for myself. Sure, I made some money with ~~Steem Monsters~~ Splinterlands, but most of it, I put right back into the chain. I funded the expanse of my other token, #PIMP, threw a block party here in Nashville and powered up a few accounts. I don't feel like I've really done anything here that was specifically for me and once again, I'm not. HA! Granted, this new thing I speak of, will be entirely dictated and centralized of my own accord. There is no community aspect outside of leveraging other communities. **HUH?** Most communities now, have their own tokens, which is great! It gives them something to unify them more completely and provides an ecosystem within (and sometimes, without) their community. I'm a founding member of several 'tribes' that have tokens and a member of a few that don't. That's not important here, what is important, is that I have been around long enough to watch and help most of them grow to shape Hive. Today, I give you a new shape. This is the **AEGIS**. There are some who are already 'under the Aegis', but that is entirely different and they already should know who they are. This **AEGIS**, is a token 'under my Aegis'. Meaning, I control it and what it does - regardless who holds how many. ## AEGIS Yes, I actually created this token a couple years ago and have been trying to decipher the best way to use it. I have decided that there will be no staking or community involvement. This is strictly an investment token, primarily attached to an LP (liquidity pool). There will be no voting bots, no tipping, none of my usual fun stuffs. In fact, the only reason someone would or should buy AEGIS, is so they can inject it into the pool. There will be no dividends, I'm not even going to create a new discord server or anything. It'll just be, and those that see, will see. As par for my track record, I **will not** be issuing any to myself, I will buy them the same as you, just as I have had to earn and buy other tokens with my name on it like **CAV** or **PIMP**. I like it when things are fair, don't you? Because we all know, life sure isn't. ***So why buy them just to put them in a pool?*** As I said before, I've been around for a hot minute. I've had a chance to collect a few things and a chance to give back some of what I have collected via other pools. If you have no clue what I'm talking about when I keep saying pools, please ask in the comments and I can fetch a few older posts or maybe even create a new one to help out your process. I have set the initial price at **0.125 HIVE** per token. This is what they call the first 'tranche'. I will double my price after the first 200k are sold, then again after the next 200k and again, topping out at **1 HIVE** each for the first issuance of this token. I have another 200k from the first milly that will be used as rewards in the LP itself. The token has a precision of 3 (meaning it *should* only go to three decimal places) and it has a maximum supply of 10 million. For each one million that leaves my hands, another million will be issued and sold for no lower than **1 HIVE**. I may even just continue to double the price as this token will not *(as far as I hope LOL!)* decrease in value. Markets do what they do though, I have no real control ~~once~~ now that it is released. Maybe this will work out great, maybe this will be a flop. The more tokens that are sold, the more I can inject into the pool and give everyone what I think it should be worth.
