ESPAÑOL Hola a toda la comunidad de FOODIES BEE HIVE estoy por aquí una vez más trayendo esta receta de masa de levadura instantánea multiuso, es decir, se pueden hacer muchas recetas con esta misma masa, hoy les enseño a hacer un hermoso pan casero. Espero que les guste mi receta y las puedan hacer ustedes en su casa, nada más rico que un pan horneado en casa, se los aseguro! Vamos a la receta!

## INGREDIENTS ## FOR THE MASS * 1 Kg of common flour 00 or 000 * 1 spoon of sugar * 1 packet of yeast of 10 gr * 1 1/2 tablespoons fine salt * 1 200ml of oil (1 cup of coffee) * 500 cc of warm water

## INGREDIENTES ## PARA LA MASA * 1 Kg de harina común 00 ó 000 * 1 cucharada de azúcar * 1 sobre de levadura de 10 gr * 1 1/2 cucharada de sal fina * 1 200ml de aceite (1 taza de café) * 500 cc de agua tibia

We start by warming 500cc of water, it should not be very hot otherwise it will burn the yeast microorganisms. Then in a cup of coffee we place a tablespoon of sugar, (see image 1). Then we put the 10 grams of instant yeast (see image 2). Add a little warm water (see image 3); and we stir to integrate and dissolve the sugar (see image 4). Let rest.

Comenzamos entibiando 500cc de agua, no debe estar muy caliente sino quemará a los microorganismos de la levadura. Luego en una taza de café colocamos una cucharada sopera de azúcar, (ver imagen 1). Luego colocamos los 10 gramos de levadura instantánea ( ver imagen 2). Agregamos un poquito de agua tibia, (ver imagen 3) ; y revolvemos para integrar y disolver el azúcar (ver imagen 4). Dejamos reposar.

While we wait for the yeast to activate, we place the kilo of flour in the bowl (see image 5), add the tablespoon and a half of salt (see image 6), then add the cup of oil (see image 7 and 8) .

Mientras esperamos que se active la levadura, colocamos el kilo de harina en el bowl (ver imagen 5), le agregamos la cucharada y media de sal (ver imagen 6), luego le agregamos la taza de aceite (ver imagen 7 y 8).

Once the yeast was activated (see image 9). We must add it to the preparation (see image 10). We put the rest of the water (see image 11) and with very clean hands we begin to knead (see image 12).

Una vez que la levadura se activó (ver imagen 9). Debemos agregarla a la preparación (ver imagen 10). Colocamos el resto del agua (ver imagen 11) y con las manos bien limpias comenzamos a amasar (ver imagen 12).

We integrate all the dough into a soft, malleable and textured bun (see image 13). We place it on a plate and this one inside a tray (see image 14 and 15). TIP📌 If you turn the oven on for 15 minutes and then turn it off, you can place the dough inside so that the yeast activates faster (see image 16), so you won't have to wait as long as 1 hour for it to rise.

Integramos toda la masa en un bollo suave, maleable al amasado y con textura (ver imagen 13). Colocamos en un plato y éste dentro de una bandeja (ver imagen 14 y 15). TIP📌 Si prendes por 15 minutos el horno y luego lo apagas, puedes colocar la masa dentro para que se active más rápido la levadura (ver imagen 16), así no deberás esperar tanto como 1 hora para que leude.

Pasado el tiempo de leudado la masa estará lista para usar como desees, sean panes de las formas y sabores que desees, pizzas, tortas fritas, etc. Te voy a ir dejando mis recetas de a poco, hoy te dejo una de PAN CASERO GIGANTE.

We remove the leavened dough from the oven, and place it back in the bowl to remove the air, kneading it just a little (see image 17). And we allow a few more minutes to rise again a little. We assemble the bread (see image 18). With a sharp knife we make a cross cut (see image 19), and place it in the oven at 180 ° previously pre-heated (see image 20). Bake for approximately 35-40 minutes, it depends on the intensity of your oven, you will know it better than I do. When you see the bread brown and crisp on the outside, it is a sign that it is ready. Turn off the oven, remove it and let it cool for a few minutes (see image 21).

Sacamos la masa leudada del horno, y la colocamos nuevamente en el bowl para sacarle el aire, amasándola sólo un poco (ver imagen 17). Y dejamos unos minutos más que vuelva a leudar un poquito. Armamos el pan (ver imagen 18). Con un curchillo con filo le realizamos un corte en cruz (ver imagen 19), y colocamos en el horno a 180° previamente pre-calentado (ver imagen 20). Hornear por aproximadamente 35-40 minutos, depende la intensidad de tu horno, tú lo conocerás mejor que yo. Cuando veas el pan dorado y crujiente por fuera es señal de que ya está listo. Apaga el horno, sácalo y déjalo enfriar unos minutos (ver imagen 21).
