Honestly I am not a lover of diets unless the situation warrants it since I usually eat everything, although I consider that in recent years I have had to go down to carbohydrates and sugars to improve my health, I say this because recently when I took my semi-annual lab tests I realized that triglycerides are very high, so I have to cut a little food, but still I do not limit myself to what I will eat. As for all my tests that I do I always try to improve these values because in the future these are the ones that can play against me, so these days I have tried to lower a little carbohydrates and try to improve the sugar because when I was 14 years old I suffered from a sugar spike that took me months to lower, so they are anticipations that I have to keep in mind for my life. My favorite recipes are those made with vegetables, because I love this type of food, I also like to innovate and invent in the kitchen, so everything that is gratin and vegetable cream is ideal for me, although I am also a lover of junk food, but in recent months I have improved this bad habit. In conclusion, I can say that I eat whatever I feel like, besides I love all kinds of food, although as I said vegetables are my fascination, also the pasticho and arepas as a good Venezuelan, but what I can give in pause is what I eat because my age is beginning to show.

``` Sinceramente no soy amante a dietas a menos que la situación lo amerite ya que suelo comer de todo, aunque considero que estos últimos años he tenido que bajar a los carbohidratos y los azucares para poder mejorar mi salud, esto lo digo porque recientemente cuando me realice mis exámenes de laboratorio semestral me di cuenta de que los triglicéridos están muy elevadora, así que debo cortar un poco la comida, pero aun así no me limito a lo que voy a comer. En cuanto a todos mis exámenes que me hago siempre trato de mejorar esos valores ya que en un mañana esto son los que me pueden jugar en contra, por lo que en estos días he tratado de bajar un poco a los carbohidratos y tratar de mejorar el azúcar ay que cuando tenia 14 años sufrí de una subida de azúcar que me tomo meses poder bajar, entonces son anticipos que debo tener en cuenta para mi vida. Mis recetas favoritas son aquellas hecha a base de vegetales y hortalizas, porque amo este tipo de comida, me gusta también poder innovar e inventar en la cocina, por lo que todo lo que sea gratinado y lleve crema de vegetales es ideal para mí, aunque soy amante también a la comida chatarra, pero en estos últimos meses he mejorado este mal habito. En conclusión, puedo decir que como lo que me apetece, además que amo todo tipo de comida, aunque como bien dije los vegetales son mi fascinación, también el pasticho y las arepas como buena venezolana, pero lo que si puedo dar en pausa es lo que consumo ya que mi edad empieza a notarse. ```

What are the hacks or exercises you do to reduce sedentary challenges? > _2️⃣ La mayoría de nosotros trabajamos desde casa o en una oficina, sentados durante horas para realizar nuestro trabajo. ¿Cuáles son los trucos o ejercicios que haces para reducir el sedentarismo?_

Sincerely I have a stable job outside my home that occupies my day, but I am always available in Hive which is my second home and the place where I also generate money, but mostly I see it as a place where I am free to express myself as I wish, and at the same time I have money, for me both are of utmost importance, I am also about to start a project and this will take me more time than I have. The sedentary lifestyle was part of my life for a few years, but now I am active, then when I was doing nothing what I did was to occupy my day in necessary things, so I have my son in a directed tasks, I have him in karate and work outside, that is to say that my days are busy, then when I am free is for housework. ``` Sinceramente tengo trabajo estable fuera de casa que ocupa mi día, pero siempre estoy dispuesta en Hive que es mi segundo hogar y el lugar donde también genero dinero, aunque mas que todo lo veo como un lugar donde soy libre de expresarme como deseo, y al mismo tiempo tengo un dinero, para mi ambos son de suma importancia, también estoy a punto de iniciar un proyecto y esto me tomara más tiempo del que dispongo. El sedentarismo fue parte de mi vida por unos años, pero ahora estoy activa, entonces cuando estaba sin hacer nada lo que hacia era ocupar mi día en cosas necesarias, por lo que tengo a mi hijo en unas tareas dirigidas, lo tengo en karate y trabajo fuera, es decir que mis días son ocupados, entonces cuando estoy libre es para labores del hogar.
