HI EVERYONE

During these days I made chocolate cake, I baked the same recipe twice, in order to improve some details regarding several utensils that are necessary during baking, the oven rack was badly placed and the mould where the cake is baked was too big, these details were changed for a better result.

To say that there is a perfect chocolate cake recipe depends on the personal tastes of each individual, there are those who prefer it to be moist, or not too sweet, others just want it to be soft, many want intense flavour .... Thousands of options we have to make a cake, this one you see in the pictures has vanilla, coffee and cinnamon, it is a very good recipe and it is the favourite of my two children, in fact thanks to my children I am so intense when I make chocolate cake, it is a beautiful job to be an indulgent mummy!

INGREDIENTS - 2 cups white sugar - 4 eggs - 2 cups unsweetened hot liquid coffee - 1/2 cup cocoa powder - 2 tablespoons vanilla - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon - 2 tablespoons powdered milk - 4 cups leavened wheat flour - 1/2 tablespoon baking soda - One cup of oil - One tablespoon vinegar. SIMPLE STEP-BY-STEP PROCEDURE ✓ Preheat the oven to 180°C. ✓ Grease and flour a cake tin,

✓ Wet ingredients: 1- In a bowl mix well: hot coffee, cocoa, milk, vanilla and cinnamon, leave to stand for 20 minutes. 2- In the blender, place eggs and sugar, process this for one or two minutes.

-👆👆 Once the mixture containing the cocoa is no longer hot (step 1), we can join it with the mixture in the blender (step 2), all this can be done manually. ✓ The dry ingredients in this recipe are: flour and baking soda, we join them together, we must mix well and then sift.

✓👆👆 We mix the dry ingredients with the wet mixture, gradually and mixing everything together.

✓ 👆👆 Add the oil, mix and finally add a tablespoon of vinegar, remember to mix everything very well.

✓ Pour the mixture into the mould

✓ Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean.

✓ 👆👆 You can fill, cut and moisten the cake as you like. The next day I made the cake again, and I took these pictures without syrup, filling or icing 👇👇

Torta de chocolate, el postre favorito de mi hogar

Durante estos días hice torta de chocolate, hornee la misma receta dos veces, con la finalidad de mejorar unos detalles con respecto a varios utensilios que son necesarios durante el horneado, la rejilla del horno estaba mal ubicada y el molde en donde se hornea la torta era muy grande, estos detalles fueron cambiados para un mejor resultado.

Decir que existe una receta perfecta de torta de chocolate depende de los gustos personales de cada individuo, hay quienes prefieren que sea húmeda, o que no sea muy dulce, otros solo quieren suavidad, muchos quieren sabor intenso …. Miles de opciones tenemos para hacer una torta, esta que ven en las imágenes tiene vainilla, café y canela, es una receta muy buena y es la favorita de mis dos hijos, de hecho gracias a mis hijos soy tan intensa cuando hago la torta de chocolate, es una hermosa labor ser una mami complaciente!

INGREDIENTES - 2 tazas de azúcar blanca - 4 huevos - 2 tazas de café caliente líquido sin azúcar - 1/2 taza de cacao en polvo - 2 cucharadas de vainilla - Una cucharadita de canela molida - Dos cucharadas de leche en polvo - 4 tazas de harina de trigo leudante - 1/2 cucharada de bicarbonato - Una taza de aceite - Una cucharada de vinagre. PROCEDIMIENTO CON PASOS SENCILLOS ✓ Precalentar el horno a 180°C. ✓ Engrasar y enharinar un molde para torta,

✓ Ingredientes húmedos: 1- En un bol mezcle bien: café caliente, cacao, leche, vainilla y canela, se deja en reposo por 20 minutos. 2- En la licuadora, colocamos huevos y azúcar, se procesa esto por uno o dos minutos.

- 👆👆 Una vez que la mezcla que contiene el cacao ya no esté caliente (paso 1), podemos unirla con la mezcla de la licuadora (paso 2), todo esto puede hacerse manualmente. ✓ Los ingredientes secos en esta receta son: harina y bicarbonato, los unimos, debemos mezclar bien y luego tamizar.

✓ 👆👆 Mezclamos los ingredientes secos con la mezcla húmeda, gradualmente y mezclando todo.

✓ 👆 👆 Colocar el aceite, mezclar y por último añadir una cucharada de vinagre, recuerde mezclar todo muy bien.

✓ Verter la mezcla en el molde

✓ Hornear 40 minutos o hasta que al insertar un palillo en el centro, este salga limpio.

✓ 👆 👆 Puedes rellenar, cortar y humedecer la torta a tu gusto.

Al siguiente día volví hacer la torta, y le tomé estas imágenes sin almíbar, ni relleno, ni cobertura 👇👇
