Aquí vamos a tener a la mano el pepino, el cual es muy saludable por sus propiedades desintoxicantes, oxigenantes y sobre todo diurética; que en combinación con el limón más potencia, vigor, energía y salud proporciona al organismo. Ahora, imagínense ustedes esos dos ingredientes con el poderoso, revitalizante e imperativo café, ustedes saben que el café es el pan nuestro de cada día, pero no se diga más y vamos a la acción. Una cosa les digo, esto quedó tan fabuloso que deben ver el vídeo hasta el final para que disfruten lo que sucede.

...Que Necesito...

** Ahora, deben atreverse a buscar los siguientes ingredientes, después no digan que no se los dije, porque esto quedará de locura, no vale arrepentirse: * Medio vaso de café preparado, frío y sin azúcar. * 1/4 de pepino, en caso de ser pequeño, usar uno completo. * 2 cucharadas soperas de azúcar; recordar que el café es sin azúcar, debemos contrarrestar el ácido del limón. Particularmente, me gusta un poco ácido. * 3 limones medianos (la cantidad a su gusto, depende de que tan o poco ácido lo dessen) * Hielo al gusto, me gusta que quede bien granizado. Una vez con todos los ingredientes a la mano, ya estamos listo para iniciar con la preparación de esta receta, que les aseguro les va a encantar. Ahora, por lo pronto inicien cortando el pepino, exprimir los limones directo en la licuadora para luego agregar el pepino. Bien el hielo hasta que todo quede consistente y ya ustedes van a ver cómo queda esta sabrosura, no se lo pierdan y lleguen hasta el final para que vean lo que ocurre, jejejeje, vamos. # **
