Pada tanggal 17 Agustus nanti, bangsa kita akan merayakan hari lahirnya yang ke-73. Bila diumpamakan pada usia seorang manusia, umur 73 tahun tentulah usia yang sudah sangat matang. Bahkan pada usia tersebut, seseorang sudah melewati masa-masa produktifnya.
