What I love during Saturdays during work is that my shift starts from 8 and ends until 4 compared to all the other days where I start at 7:30 and end at 5:30 which I find is really tiring because I always end up sleeping at night and waking up at the middle to check the time and go back to sleep again. This was my very first time to have these many patients inside the hospital we had to treat 11. Before treatment, I really admire and respect my co worker who devised a strategy on how we should be treating all those patients. She compiled all patients with similar treatments and distributed to us per staff, we were only 3 staff in the morning treating. Her strategy worked so I really commend what she has planned because we were able to finish most of them in the morning. I hope I would develop that art of thinking. Thanks for reading!
