On the grounds, in one of the tents was the kitemeister, who fixed kites that fell to the earth too quickly or got tangled. Then, of course, it is off to find your spot around the Washington Monument or on the Mall somewhere. It matters not where you toss your kite into the air! Every spot is perfect. There is the sound of music in my ears... You could hear laughter behind every corner.
