All of them cannot lie very tasty, and have their own characteristics when cooked in different ways. So this time relying on my favorite vegetable, broccoli, I will prepare it with kwetiaw.

The combination of delicious broccoli sauce with pasta-like kwetiaw made my dinner better today. This was my first time making this recipe, but I fell in love with the flavors and even the beautiful finish. Kwetiaw is indeed one of my most favorite types of noodles. If you don't have kwetiaw in your place, I think any pasta would be delicious in this way. Now curious about the recipe, let's see the step by step preparation!.

Cooking Procedure

**Step 1**

**Step 2**

**Step 3**

Boil broccoli in boiling water, then also add boiled groundnut both until tender. Now for the Groundnut you can use other types of beans that you like.

**Step 4**

Then add the chili and onion and add the beans, boil until everything is soft.

**Step 5**

Blend until smooth all the ingredients that have been boiled until tender earlier.

**Step 6**

Saute the spices in a little cooking oil, then cook until the stir fry is fragrant.

**Step 7**

Then cut the green chilies and also green onions and celery add to the stir-fry seasoning earlier, cook until everything is cooked.

**Step 9**

Cook and stir everything until the spices are absorbed, make sure the water shrinks. At first, I was skeptical if the mashed broccoli would turn out well with my taste buds. But who would have thought, a touch of spice and also of course a little spicy flavor. Made my tongue fall in love. And I will definitely repeat this recipe the next time I have broccoli.

I also highly recommend you to prepare this dish at home, besides being rich in vitamins, doesn't broccoli have an unusual umami flavor, it can even replace any broth. This Kwetiaw with broccoli sauce is a spectacular finish! Whoever you are, I'm sure your family will love it.
