Hoy tenemos otra receta fácil de preparar: salsa de carne molida con maíz y guisantes. La carne molida es muy versátil en la cocina y se puede utilizar para preparar una gran variedad de platos. 500 grs de carne molida, 04 tomates, 01 cebolla, 01 pimiento rojo, 02 dientes de ajo, 01 lata de maíz con guisantes 01 taza de puré de tomates, 01 hoja de laurel, 01 cucharadita de vinagre, 01 cucharadita de azúcar, sal y pimienta al gusto. ``` 500 grams of ground beef, 4 tomatoes, 1 onion, 1 red pepper, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 can of corn and peas, 1 cup of tomato puree, 1 bay leaf, 1 teaspoon of vinegar, 1 teaspoon of sugar, salt and pepper to taste. ```

Lo primero que hay que hacer es lavar los tomates y el pimiento. Le quitamos las semillas y las cortamos en trozos y los llevamos a cocinar por tres minutos. La cebolla y el ajo los cortamos en cuadros.

Luego condimentamos la carne con sal, pimienta y ajo molido. La dejamos marinar por media hora.

En una olla colocamos dos cucharadas de aceite y cuando esté caliente echamos la carne molida y la salteamos por unos minutos revolviendo constantemente para que no se queme. Luego añadimos la cebolla, el ajo picado y el puré de tomates.

Cuando se hayan enfriado los tomates, los ponemos en la licuadora junto con los pimientos, el vinagre y el azúcar. Licuamos unos minutos para integrar muy bien

Vertemos esa mezcla a la carne, tapamos y dejamos cocinar a fuego bajo. Cuando haya pasado diez minutos, destapamos, añadimos el maíz y los guisantes y la hoja de laurel, seguimos cocinando hasta que se haya evaporado el agua del tomate y quede una salsa espesa.

Y listo para disfrutar, hoy lo he servido con pasta, pero esta salsa de carne es ideal para lasaña y pastel de patatas o con tu guarnición favorita.
