These crafts take valuable time and effort and deserve to be shared with and seen by the Steemit community. This is a place where we can come together to share our passions for the needle arts and support one another, encourage each other and inspire others. Here you will learn tips, tricks, shortcuts, find awesome patterns that others have used and techniques. However @crystalize (our #NeedleworkMonday initiative co-chair) and I have noticed many of you post but never take the time to support and encourage others. This has to be a community effort where we are ALL making the effort to uplift each other. We are asking that everyone please take the time to read other #NeedleworkMonday posts and Upvote and Comment on their work. We all know how Wonderful valuable feedback and encouragement feels so let’s hand it out to others. We both even Resteem quite a few of your posts. I didn’t start this initiative off by requiring “You have to upvote and resteem each of my posts to join.” I don’t believe in doing that. I want you to curate what you love and those posts that inspire you, intrigue you or give you some new ideas. Would I like to see more of our posts supported and Resteemed? Absolutely I would! We are advertising this weekly initiative as a supportive group. So let’s show each other and this community just how supportive we really can be :) The more we support each other the more our group will grow and gain recognition! Also the more we are using the #NeedleworkMonday tag the more closer to a Trending tag it will be!
