Fuck this, so many thinks to write... OK, lets go again: The curcumin inside the curcuma reacts and works totally good together with the piperine, one of the contents in fresh black pepper! Nearly everybody eats some curcuma sometimes without to know, its one of the main ingredients in good curry spices!

Curcuma Recipes And Tips

Golden Milk:

U need:

-1 teaspoon of turmeric
-100 ml of water
-A small piece of ginger
-Some freshly grated nutmeg
-1-2 teespoons some honey, agave syrup, maple syrup Depending on how sweet man would like the golden milk
-One price black pepper About 1/4 TL
-One price cinnamon
-1 teaspoon Native coconut oil
-400 ml almond.soja, rice milk Or another plant milk without added sugar

Make it hot until it boils a little bit, and thats it! And use no fucking microwave, these fuckers are the death. It is also ok to drink a nice hot curcuma tea, simply cook your tea like always, only cut some curcuma and put it inside your tea with a price black pepper, before you put the water on your tea! A lemon and some honey are always good for a fresh tasting tea! If you want curcuma inside your food(i personally always do it), it fits perfectly to potatoe dishes because u dont taste it so much and the yellow colour, wow such fresh looking potatoe stuff, fucking cool. This is the way how i use fresh curcuma normaly, how much u put inside depends on your personal taste, i know curcuma is not the most delicious spice on earth....
