Report all cases of abuse, theft and misapproriation of funds and insider activity to the USMS and SEC

Repeated downvotes in a row constitute the criminal offense of theft and damage to the intellectual and material property of account users. The abuse of downvotes as well as the stakepower of stakeholders violates applicable regulations of the US Securities and Exchange Commission and applicable laws in the United States of America. Users whose accounts have been repeatedly damaged by downvotes from stakeholders misusing stakepower are hereby requested to name in this post the account that is using its stakepower to damage other user accounts and steal the users' rewards in this way.

Accounts that use their stakepower to repeatedly and specifically harm users of the blockchain can also report the accounts in question anonymously to the United States Marshal Service.
