Debemos aprender a tratarnos nosotros mismos y saber que debemos hacer y que no durante una lesión grave (profunda) cosa que te explico en este video. Esto aplica para personas que se encuentren tratándose con un profesional ya que la única forma de recuperarte de una lesión grave es con un profesional, en este video solo te enseñaré a cómo maximizar esta recuperación y acelerarla al punto de que una lesión que te pudo tardar un año en recuperarse se recupere en cuestión de meses📈

Lo primero que debemos tener en cuenta es la alimentación ya que cuando estamos lesionados es cuando mejor debemos nutrirnos ya que nuestro cuerpo necesita la materia prima para poder trabajar en la reconstrucción de ese tejido y debemos dársela diariamente sin falta. Elimina todo tipo de alimentos chatarra/procesados durante este tiempo (cereales, azúcar, harinas, chucherías, refrescos, jugos, frituras) por nombrar algunos, y ponte estricto a nivel nutricional, elige los alimentos más nutritivos qué hay para absorber todos esos nutrientes esenciales🥩🦴🥗

The first thing we must take into account is food, since when we are injured it is when we should best nourish ourselves since our body needs the raw material to be able to work on the reconstruction of that tissue and we must give it daily without fail. Eliminate all kinds of junk/processed foods during this time (cereals, sugar, flour, sweets, soft drinks, juices, fried foods) to name a few, and be strict on a nutritional level, choose the most nutritious foods to absorb all those essential nutrients 🥩🦴🥗

El segundo punto es hacer terapias por nuestra propia cuenta aparte de las que realicemos en terapias de manera profesional. Recomiendo realizar como mínimo dos sesiones de terapias diarias, una con un profesional cumpliendo con lo que nos manden a hacer y la otra en tu casa haciendo estiramientos o ejercicios para fortalecer ligamentos o articulaciones que lo requieran y hacer uso de la crioterapia (aplicación de frío) para obtener un mayor estímulo en la lesión que tenemos

Por último es importante priorizar el descanso y no entrenar con ejercicios que nos activen la zona lesionada. Te recomiendo entrenar sin excusas ya que la actividad física maximizará tu recuperación siempre y cuando entrenes zonas que no activen la zona lesiona como por ejemplo: Tener una lesión en la muñeca y entrenar piernas👊🏼

Finally, it is important to prioritize rest and not train with exercises that activate the injured area. I recommend training without excuses since physical activity will maximize your recovery as long as you train areas that do not activate the injured area, such as: Having a wrist injury and training legs👊🏼
