Today is the day of Needlework Monday.
Continuing from last time, this time is "making second book cover".
I will carry out embroidery on the front cover of the book cover.
Last time, the part of the plant's vine and the yellow fruit part were only made a little.
This week I applied the continuation of embroidery, and the vines and yellow fruits were completed.

前回に続き、今回も「2冊目のブックカバー作り」です。
ブックカバーの表に刺繍をしています。
前回は、植物のつる草の部分と、黄色い実の部分が少しだけ出来上がりました。
今週はその続きの刺繍を施して行き、つる草と黄色い実が完成しました。

I wondered what color to use to embroider the flowers. And finally I decided to purple it.
It is fun to decide the color of the embroidery thread, but it is difficult.
I want to choose a calm color because I want to be a simple and rustic work when I finish it.
Choosing purple was a bit of a challenge for me.
ここに花の刺繍をして行きます。
花の色は何にしようか最後まで迷いましたが、紫色にすることにしました。
刺繍の糸の色を決めるのは楽しいものですが、難しいものです。
私は、仕上がった時に、素朴な作品になる様にしたいので、落ち着いた色を選びたいと思っています。
紫色を選ぶのは、私にとってはちょっとしたチャレンジでした。
