So happy to finally download and use the Actifit app. Took it easy the first time and spread my activity out over the entire day.
Started out in the early morning with some sitting moves while writing my next blog post. Did some intermittent pacing to see how the points stacked up.
Took a long walk and a hike to the river, around campus and back in town. Love burning those calories! Thanks Actifit, for keeping me active! :)
