My Actifit Report Card: July 3 2019..... Awesome Wednesday 💪 💯🌅🏃💨👣🎉🎶🍃✨

Hello Everyone 👋,
A very warm welcome to my Wednesday report 😎. Glad you could join me as I breakdown how my day went by. Today was another early start in pursuit of the automaticwin 🙌
I walked and jogged 🏃 around the neighborhood. Then as usual rushed back home, got cleaned up and ready for work.
In a few minutes I was on the commute headed to the office. I made it on time and it was another ordinary day at work. Sorting out the issues left from yesterday and getting new stuff done.
Lunchtime came with the usual mini walkation 👣 out in the warm sunshine 🌞 along the streets.
I came back to an afternoon session that flew by really fast 💨. Then it was time to head back home, which went well.
Back home I rested, checked out some of your wonderful posts,some twitter and when my eyes got tired I decided to get out for the sunset ⛅ walk🏃.
Around the neighborhood ending up at the shopping center then back as it got darker.
I finished off the day recording the seven77 pushups 💪
