Hi Everyone,
I really wanted to post my Actifit report yesterday but time did not permit. Still, I managed a reasonable count today, so I will settle with that. Today was not particularly special, mostly routine stuff. So I will discuss yesterday instead.
Yesterday we decided to have a family photo by the lake. It was a good opportunity as the whole family was together and the weather was fine for just long enough to take a photo. There was seven of us in the photograph. My mum, sister, brother, three dogs and myself. It took about 10 goes to get everyone facing the right way. Then we had to race the weather. I think it turned out ok in the end. Here is the best one, I think.
In terms of activity, I've had a few pretty good weeks or so. I've mostly kept over 5,000 counts with several days above 10,000. See screenshot below.
Update
I have began my short post series by comparing microeconomics with macroeconomics. The post turned out to be fairly long. There are some important differences I felt I couldn't just skim over. I will add another post in a couple of days. I think I will summarise 'marginal utility'.
I have spent most of the last week creating slides for my upcoming Udemy course. I am happy with my progress so far. I should start filming the videos at the end of this week. I expect to make 24 short videos for the course.
That wraps up another Actifit report and update. Have a fit and active week, so long for now.
