Happy New Year Everyone,
This my first Actifit Report and Update for 2020. I plan to keep my Actifit Reports and Updates in a similar format as 2019. I think the updates add a little extra to my reports. I am also comfortable with the style of my thumbnails. I may change them for special reports.
I do not have any special physical activities to report for my counts. It was basically Friday as usual. This involves shopping and the lake walk with Mango the dog. I am happy that those activities helped me notch over 15,000 counts. The Fitbit certainly helps with making sure I am able to take credit for all my steps.
Content Update
I posted twice since my previous report. In one post I summarised 2019 and in the other I discussed my plans for 2020. Even though 2019 was a tough year in many ways, I think I ended the year better off than when I started it. This also means I am in a better position now than I was at the start of last year.
I want 2020 to be a year with more clarity. I want to be able to take a direction and be able to follow that more closely. That's one of the reasons for my '2020 Vision' post. I am also trying to do the same for other aspects of my life. I am sure 2020 will bring it's fair share of surprises.
