Howdy folks and greetings from the Great Plains of North Texas!
If you follow my blog you know I've been talking about the mystery of the Anasazi Indians in the 4 Corners region in the Southwest part of the U.S. and their cliff dwellings.
I'll finish that series in the next post, hopefully tomorrow.
Sometimes life happens
But things came up today and I don't have time so I'm throwing up a quickie that I think you'll enjoy.
A few weeks ago I posted some photos of Snow Leopards which were camouflaged so well that it was nearly impossible to see them in their natural habitat.
Today's photos are something similar except they were taken in the United States. The New York State's Department of Environmental Conservation posted these on their facebook page and they're really cool..
Check this out: See if you can find a baby bobcat in this photo. You'll be slapping yourself once you see him, he'll be very obvious:

Did you find him? Here's a closer view. The little guy is just a kitten and dang-near impossible to see but I'll give you a hint before going to the next photo, he's at the bottom.

Did you find him yet? Lol..okay here's a pointer for ya:

Is he too cute or what? Here's a closeup of the closeup:

Now you gotta ask yourself how many times you've walked right by one of these guys when you're out hiking. They love to stay in hiding to observe animals and people. And there's lots of them out there.
The good news is that there are over a million in the Unites States alone so they're thriving!
Thanks so much for reading folks!

PS- Everyday I've been posting a photo which supposedly represents each state, this is from a fun article I found on www.livingmgz.com.
Today's state is the great state of Florida!
I know 4 Steemians from Florida.
Yes, there's the great @ginnyannette who is a fantastic writer who can take literally any mundane event or typical day and turn it into a fascinating study on human behavior. So if you aren't following her you're missing out.
The lovely and gracious @tamaralovelace is in Florida, she posts the funniest memes anywhere, guaranteed to make you laugh!
Then we have the great sir @krazzytrukker who is a professional long distance truck driver cris-crossing the United States. You can check in on him and find out what it's really like to be a truck driver and see where he's at each day, very interesting stuff and a great guy.
Also a cat fanatic but loves all animals and has dog or dogs too. Plus his wife just joined a couple weeks ago, @pooky-jax ..she's a wonderful lady so give her a shout as well and welcome her.
Are these guys nuts?
The article writers..the photo they chose for Florida does not in any way represent the state. lol..very interesting choice. It looks like it may represent a Walmart in Florida.
They said this guy had on skin-tight, short short cut off jeans. So I'm really sorry we didn't get to see that.

I bet ya 10 bucks he's a Canadian transplant! Look at that tatt on his arm..T-bone...see, Canadian all the way! lol.
God bless you guys!
