This past week has seen some interesting anime premiers with the Planet With anime that i wrote about yesterday and another that i came across today called Island.

Island began as a visual novel and was released on Windows, Playstation 4 and Playstation Vita in April 2016, it seems that it gained enough popularity that it was made in to an anime which first aired on 1st, July 2018.Source

I am not familiar with the novel and so am being introduced to the story via the anime, as the anime is only on the second episode there is still a lot of mystery which is inherent in this particular anime.
To give a small synopsis without spoilers and from what i have seen so far it seems that the story is centred around a mysterious island where people have washed up on the shore with no memories and seemingly suffering from amnesia, the main character is Setsuna Sanzenkai who as the story develops regains some memories though as we are only on the second episode a lot has been left to the imagination which has me intrigued.
