I will show you how I paint this commission I did for my friend who wants me to paint her a version of Coloring Book by Chance the Rapper Album cover. She's a fan indeed!
Software used:
Adobe Photoshop CS6
She sent me two photos of her so I could use it as reference for her features (not necessary same pose like chance's)
Process:
- (1) Sketch
- (2) Add base bg and silhouette color
- (3) Add the base colors
- (4) Remove the sketch and add more base colors
- (5) Fix some parts and add details
- (6) Add more essential details
- (7) Add details to background and then lighten up the image and doooone <3
