I recently began a college level painting class with no previous painting skills at Portland Community College. We did our first painting yesterday of an instructor selected still-life. This is my very first still-life painting and I wanted to share it with you all because I am very proud of my accomplishment! I look forward to sharing all of the work I do in this class, and I hope you all appreciate it as much as I do. :)

Shown below in order are the painting I made and a photograph of the real life objects. The painting was limited to four colors: Yellow Ochre, Burnt Umber, Burnt Sienna, and Titanium White.
