Tiger Oil Painting Process

I'm painting a new tiger, actually two. I thought it would be fun to share with you how I do it step by step.

this is where I'm at now. It's not done. I'm working at other paintings currently.

I used a photo for the tiger's head. I can't quite draw a tiger exactly out of my head. But I had to come up with the body posture and surroundings, naturally.

So here is how this adventure unfolded...

You can probably only see small differences at this stage, but they are there and they are important :)

This is where the work halted today. I worked on new stuff and some half finished large tiger painting (again...) and processed my pretty bewildered emotions. Why do we have to have taboos between people that you can't talk about unless you want a severe over-reaction that just kills all the love?

I don't get it....

Anyways. Time will settle all pain. Or not.

Thanks to all for reading and upvoting, really appreciated <3

Much Love,

Jan
