“Bodhisattva”
When I lived in the Kanto area of Japan, I had more chances to visit temples or shrines than where I was born. I lived pretty near “Kamakura” which was the center of government of Japan a long time ago. I felt history very much. I liked to watch the “Kannons” which are Bodhisattva in English- Guanyin in Sanskrit. I don’t know everything about Bodhisattva but it’s very interesting to know about.
『観音』
以前、日本の関東地域に住んでいた時、生まれ故郷よりもお寺や神社を訪れる機会に恵まれました。かつて幕府があった鎌倉にほど近いところに住んでいました。大変歴史を感じました。観音菩薩を見るのが好きでした。知識は多くはないですが、興味があります。
I created a cut paper artwork of a Kannon when I was in Japan. I will share with a Kannon photo that I took. Also, I will share one of my favorite books called: “Bodhicaryā vatā ra” by Shantideva and one of her quotes.
日本にいた頃、観音菩薩の切り絵を作りました。観音菩薩の写真と一緒にお見せします。さらに、シャーンティデーヴァ（寂天）の入菩薩行論という本と、その中の言葉をご紹介します。
