According to the last time I posted on Steemit, it's only been five days since I finished the lineart of this map of Key West but it honestly feels like I've been working on the colors for this piece for years. I could probably chalk this up to the fact that I hate coloring things in and I look forward to the day I make enough money to hire a colorist so I never have to color in my own illustrations ever again.

But I'm finally at a point with this piece where I feel comfortable leaving it alone for now so I can start working on some other pieces.

I'm glad I'm encouraged by Steemit to keep track of my artwork throughout the various stages; it's always fun to see how my illustrations evolve as I work.
