This cool looking mushroom dude was located on Rye lane, Peckham, south-east London and is perhaps under the influence of some verboten substances, it is also donning some fresh Nike Air Force 1 shoes and a blue waistcoat so 10 out of 10 for the drip, unfortunately i am unsure of the artist though if i see more of these mushroom characters around i will know it is from the same artist.
