I grew up watching Johnny Bravo and remember it being hilarious, Johnny Bravo still has a sort of cult following even though it no longer airs on TV, Seth McFarlane was one of the original writers of Johnny Bravo and is responsible for other classics like Family Guy, American Dad etc., i came across this fan art which caught my eye and though it is clearly done by a beginner it is easy to tell who the character is.
