Digital doodlings
Recently I shared with you a digital drawing that I had created of a girl, this portrait I called 'Scribbled Girl'. This next piece of work is a response to that image, this new portrait is called 'Scribbled Man'. Why the use of red in both portraits? I imagined the figures to be stood in a city street, the red neon lights of the signs in the windows bathing their faces in red light.

The process
To begin the process of creating the 'Scribble Man' I made a sketch using my graphics tablet and pen. Using a graphics editor I built up layers of colour and line.
