罗马有多少座教堂？
据官方统计，有900多座教堂，我的意思是“真正的”教堂，在罗马天主教堂下之教堂建筑。
这只是其中之一，“Montesanto的S. Maria”，在Piazza Del Popolo，是最着名的双胞胎(Twin)教堂之一。两座教堂都建于17世纪。这是东侧的那座，也是两个中首先建的那座。两座都献给耶稣的母亲玛利亚。事实上，在罗马，你会遇到许多、许多玛利亚教堂，这些教堂正反映了天主教对玛利亚的信仰。
这座教堂也被称为“艺术家的教堂”，因为它每周日举行一场弥撒，由艺术家读经，并有音乐伴奏。在弥撒结束时，还会为艺术家祈祷。

How many churches are there in Rome?

Officially, there are over 900 churches, I mean "real" church with church building under the Roman Catholic Church.
This is just one of them, the "S. Maria in Montesanto", most famously known as one of the Twin churches at the far end of Piazza Del Popolo. Both churches were built in the 17th century. This is the one on the east side and was the first of the two to be constructed. Both were dedicated to Mary, the mother of Jesus. In fact, you will come across a lot of "Maria churches", which reflects the Catholic belief of Mariology.
This church is also nicknamed as the "church for the artist", because it holds a mass every Sunday with a reading by an artist, and animated by music. At the end of the mass, a prayer for artists is read.
