Friends in deed is Friends indeed A true friendship is the strong bonding, between two individual and always eager to support and help each other. Two days ago, the entire world is celebrating FRIENDSHIP DAY. A day marked for your dear friends. There were lot of buzz everywhere, Facebook , Whatssapp and all other social platform are overflowing with Friendship messages and wishes.
The other way to celebrate among kids is by gifting Friendship Band to each other. It is kind of bracelet that is tied upon your friends wrist. During this time markets, were full of new colourful design and style of Friendship Band. People buy many of these bands to mark friendship day. But not in case with #drawingqueen.
When everyone was busy in selecting and buying Frindship Bands from shops and stalls. My lovely #drawingqueen is busy in designing her own crafts.
She went to market to buy some on Saturday, but she suddenly changed her mind and brought some decorative materials from the shop. These include:
- threads
- artificial beads (pearls)
- soft rubber bands
- other art & crafts decorative items
I was pretty sure , she has something in her, mind. My sixth sense proved me correct one more time, when on Sunday afternoon She surprised me with so many Friendship Bands in a single day. I am unable to capture how she made, as i was busy this sunday. When i returned home in afternoon, I found these bands scattered on the bed.
Each one of them looks new , as it was bought from the market, but these were all handmade self designed items by #drawingqueen. Each of the design is cropped from her blossoming mind, each one the decorative items were beaded one over the another perfectly on the thread. The choice of colour and design was all her own.
**None of them I kept this time, she took all to school on Monday and shared with her friends. She is getting more economical, as such similar items would cost me Rs.10 - Rs. 20 per piece in open market**
When @everlove today announced [Invitation for Gallery #14](https://steemit.com/artistsinbloom/@everlove/invitation-artists-in-bloom-gallery-no-14-sharing-children-s-art-here-on-steemit) of #artistinbloom initiative to encourage kids arts & crafts on Steem Blockchain, I thought of sharing the same with the Steemit family and also this Friendship Band is my entry for **Invitation#14** made by #drawingqueen.
