Today I want to share you a little of my ability drawing on paper and illustrating digitally.

Illustration process

I open the handmade drawing with Paint Tool Sai and create a new layer on top to start making the digital strokes.

When I feel that nothing else is missing, I remove the layer of the handmade drawing and I am left with the digitalized strokes on which I am going to paint in the following steps.

I place the base colors of each part of the drawing: skin, clothes, hair, etc.

It's time to add the shadows and depth.

Finally I add luminosity to the illustration and give a few final touches. I also add the background and my personal signature.

And that's all! That's the process I follow to create each of my illustrations. That's how I pass from this:
