Last week #BeautifulSunday. I attended a tennis workshop. A not so ordinary training as the objective was to train us to conduct parent child programme. Here are the items we would be working with.

We were showed how the different items are put to use to expose the little ones to different exercises to develop their motor and coordination skills.
