Another Sunday and again it was the most beautiful and sunny blue sky day in Bangkok city just perfect for that walk in the park to check out all them spring flowers that are blooming and bringing the park alive again love this time of the year.

Sunday morning is always a later start for me after been out the previous night it's always ends up with a few drinks and a very late night so i am in no hurry to get up the next morning as you can imagine.

But the day was calling me it was to beautiful to miss so after a good breakfast or lunch by this time i was all energized to make a move and get to my favorite park.

So which one is my favorite park Lumpini Park of course i have been to this park a few times and i still haven't covered it all and this time of the year is the best time to be walking around this park everything comes alive.

This particular flower tree in Thailand is as popular as the Cherry Blossom tree in Japan you will find this tree growing all around Thailand i call this tree the yellow chandelier tree cause these hanging flowers just look like clusters of yellow light bulbs hanging of these trees.

Nothing is shy in this park spring is here and everyone is out to feast and enjoy that sunshine including all these beautiful birds , lizards , crows , cats and monitor lizards yes they are live here and can be seen in this awesome park.

This park has numerous types of trees and it is always a joy to come across a different tree that maybe you haven't seen and do come in all different shapes , sizes and heights.

I love these huge pine trees and coconut trees they are just so photogenic in any occasion and they look great when that sun peeks through them.

Well i have now been walking around this park now for 3 hours and it has really refresher me and it is that time of the day that all the evening joggers come into the park and they also have free aerobic workouts if you want to join in i was all most tempted but i was feeling a bit hungry so i gave that a miss.

And just before i exist the park and head home here is a couple more of those Chandelier trees aren't they just gorgeous.

And the old style street lights have always got some great characteristics and fit in well with the park surrounding.

And now i was really hungry and tired after that walk was time to head to the train station and head back to my local area where i can get some great home made Thai food take home and have a feast , has been an awesome Sunday for me i hope you all had an awesome one to :)
