Hi everyone here we are for another beautiful Sunday and this will be the first @beautifulsunday for the start of this New Year. Wishing everyone a Happy New Year and hope you all had a great one as i did. I celebrated my new year with friends in the South of Thailand in a city by the beach called Pattaya. After the celebrations and before heading back to the concrete jungle of Bangkok city we decided to have our last early afternoon dinner at a place call "The Sky Gallery" before heading back to Bangkok the next day.
We had been told that The Sky Gallery in Pattaya is a family owned restaurant on Pratamnak Hill which has exquisite sceneries with a panoramic sunsets over looking some of Pattaya's islands. So we didn't hesitate to go and see what all the fuss was about.
The Pratamnak Hill is surrounded by beautiful nature in the presents of peaceful atmosphere and the serving of the foods from the restaurant can be authentic Thai food to exquisite international dishes followed by fresh seafood of your choice served while your relaxing under the endless blue sky.
Look at these beautiful fresh oysters done with tasty sauces and caviar eggs.
My favorite fried calamari with a touch of squeezed lemon.
Spinach pie baked like a pizza with three mixtures of cheeses.
More oysters with garlic , sliced onions and sauces that you can combine at your own taste.
Now this seafood dish the girls ordered i have no idea what it is but they say it some sort of crab done in mixed spicy sauces with caviar and fish eggs certainly looks impressive and must admit it was very tasty.
Some fried vegetables and sushi filled with avocado...just yummy.
Desserts , milkshakes and fruit platters to die for on there menu.

Definitely we all enjoyed every bit of that afternoon dinner it was a very unwinding experience among a group of friends after all them heavy nights of partying , surrounded by natural fresh air under the trees was just what the body and soul needed.
The evening was getting on and the night skies were starting to look more romantic and there are also pathways that lead down to the white sand beach a nice little nature walk.
Lovely romantic place to catch a breathtaking sunset magical cocktails , mocktails and lovely variety of food you must come here before you go home at least once.
