Beautiful Sublime Day

Sunday began with nice sunrise with a promise of a lovely sunny day. I hardly have a chance to capture the sunrise and this time I was lucky with the sky nicely coloured. The street lamps were still on.

It was sunny in the morning but still cold and later the clouds covered the sky. Winter in general was not so bad and the almond trees next to my home got the first blossoms.

I was looking forward to seeing them blooming since I first spotted the buds. That was almost a month ago.

Almonds are the first to welcome the spring and soon they will be followed by the other trees. Bees will be awake and I am going to chase them with my phone camera.

Fiirst little flower appeared on my strawberry plant. There are more buds. It is early and I don't expect strawberries in March. However I was pleased to see the plant coming back to life.

The pansies also appeared in the gardens of the neighbourhood.

They may look weak now but I am sure soon they will flourish.

Even the small blue flower of some weed spread in the grass. Here is close look up.

Whatever the weather is, the daily routine with the dogs is always the same. Waking up and preparing for morning walkie.

The colder is outside the less willing to get up Penny and Jade are.

Of course I cannot miss to show what the cat was up to.
She has a big box where she punched holes and likes to play inside. Her paws quickly stretched out and grabbed anything that is close. Naughty cat.
