The first thing that was good was that fact that a limb that had fallen in the night did NOT take out our power!!!! I HATE losing power!!
It was so nice and warm, we decided to walk a bit on the lake. I made a video of it for tomorrow, but wanted to show this! I call it "Ghost Hand". Never saw that before in the ice. We decided to not get to close to it. I am not sure about and woo woo spooky stuff but why tempt fate !
We had to hustle down to the D for a 2pm showing of The Phantom of the Opera at the Detroit Opera House. It was a dual birthday gift to me and my daughter!
It was the third time seeing POTO for us, but the first time in Detroit.
It has become an annual pilgrimage of sorts!
Of course I have a soft spot for the phantom! Am I the only one that secretly thinks Christine and the Phantom would have been happy together?
